Bill Di Nardo CEO
Canadian ecommerce pioneer Bill Di Nardo is the CEO of the combined company after the merger of Tenzing, Thinkwrap and Spark::red. As CEO of Tenzing, he helped to accelerate the company’s evolution and growth as a highly skilled and specialized provider of managed IT services. Bill’s investment group, Eventi Capital Partners, initially invested in Tenzing in 2007 and he became CEO of the company in 2015. Bill has extensive experience building high-performance teams and driving rapid revenue growth companies. He is the founder and former CEO of Grocery Gateway, an early leader in the Canadian ecommerce space. After leaving the company, Bill founded Eventi Capital Partners in 2002 as a vehicle to invest in software-as-a-service and web infrastructure services companies. He is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and was named E&Y’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000.
Joanne Desforges COO - Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Operating Officer
After almost two years as Thinkwrap’s Chief Operating Officer, Joanne Desforges was named COO, Professional Services at the combined entity consisting of Tenzing, Thinkwrap, and Spark::red. Prior to joining Thinkwrap, she was a Senior Vice President at Innovapost. Joanne has 10 years of experience in an software development and system operations role. She provides executive leadership, guidance and stewardship as an expert in platform development and support operations. Joanne started her career as a junior programmer and understands all aspects of software development, including post-production support. Joanne is fluent in English and French.
Steve Byrne Director
Steve brings more than 25 years of experience and vision in leading high-growth, high-performance firms focused on delivering customer excellence. As Chairman and CEO of Thinkwrap Commerce, Steve was responsible for the overall performance and growth of the company. Steve takes pride in being directly involved with clients and provides executive-level guidance in overall business strategy and ROI attainment to the new entity. Steve has an honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
Milos Hanzel SVP and CTO Horizon 3
Milos Hanzel brings almost 25 years of experience in the technology industry to his role as Chief Technology Officer, Professional Services at the combined company. As co-founder and CTO at Thinkwrap Commerce, Milos developed and implemented the company’s overall technology strategy. His expertise includes enterprise system integration and solutions architecture, systems performance, scalability and security. Milos has a proven track record in providing oversight across all supported systems to ensure customers’ long-term growth
Peter Lui-Hing SVP Product Innovation - SVP, Chief Innovation Officer
Peter brings more than 27 years of leading-edge technology experience to his role as SVP Product Innovation at the combined entity. As a co-founder and Executive Vice President at Thinkwrap, Peter helps provide key technology strategy to help clients achieve their business goals. He specializes in working closely with customers to create unique, forward-thinking architecture that can withstand the changing demands of the commerce marketplace.
Greg Wong CRO
Greg Wong brings over 20 years of technology and sales leadership experience to his role as Chief Revenue Officer at the combined company. In a similar role at Tenzing, Greg was responsible for growing the company’s addressable market. He also led the development of a partnership ecosystem, that increased the value proposition of Tenzing’s solutions and services. His team included sales, customer success, sales engineering, partner management, marketing and product management. Prior to joining Tenzing, Greg was Senior Vice President of Sales at Stibo Systems and CEO at Heiler Software Corporation, overseeing its acquisition by Informatica.
Joel Farquhar VP Technology
As VP Technology for Professional Services, Joel is responsible for overseeing the software development process with an emphasis on defining quality standards and best practices in order to better serve our customers. Leading elements from sales engineering, solution architecture and concept productization, Joel brings over 18 years of technical experience in delivering many successful large-scale system integration projects, including 8+ years, delivering enterprise eCommerce solutions.
Mike Bogan VP Customer Success
As VP Customer Success Mike is responsible to guide and advise our clients and to ensure that each client can leverage our companies collective experience and full range of capabilities. As liaison between the customer and our project teams Mike is primarily focussed on ensuring that client’s objectives are being met. Mike is a results oriented professional with over 35 years of information systems development experience and a record of accomplishments in project management and the management of professional services. He brings extensive experience with the full software life-cycle and is able to manage and resolve problems in diverse situations and environments.
Jason Maloney VP Business Development, SAP Practice
Jason is the VP of Business Development for the SAP Hybris practice. He is responsible for delivery of overall top-line revenue objectives through the coordinated direction of Marketing and Business Development programs, as well as managing demand generation, corporate marketing, communications, and partner relationships. Jason brings to the company 18 years of successful experience in growing companies from various roles in sales, marketing, recruiting and business development.
Brent Liberty VP and GM of Oracle Commerce Professional Services
As VP and General Manager of the Oracle Commerce Professional Services, Brent oversees recruiting, resource management, project delivery, quality assurance and client relationship management for the Oracle practice. He actively participates in the company’s business development and sales activities. Brent has more than 20-years’ experience leading business process projects to improve operational efficiencies and excels in guiding teams of developers and analysts to provide innovative solutions.
Diego Costa VP and GM SAP Customer Experience Practice
As VP and GM, SAP Customer Experience Practice, Diego leads all elements of the practice spanning project development and delivery, architecture, team management, and client relationship management. He also actively participates in recruiting, business development and sales activities. Diego brings more than 10 years of industry experience including an MBA in Project Management.
Connie Deschamps VP Corporate Services
As VP of Corporate Services, Connie leads our Legal team for the company and the HR and Administration teams aligned to Professional Services. Connie has more than 30 years of HR and business operations experience spanning the telecommunications and IT industries.
Nicolás Cornaglia Schlieman VP and GM Spanish Operations
Nicolás, VP and GM Spanish Operations, is a Senior Manager & Software Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in software development, highly specialized in building peak-performing teams in culturally-diverse environments. He is in charge of the company's Valencia office. Always in ‘learn & share’ mode, highly-motivated, and always striving to expand horizons, Nicolás' technical expertise results in the best developer teams focused on our customers' needs.
Steve Shepertycki VP and GM of Development Enablement
As an accomplished leader with 25 years of experience spanning IT, telecommunications, application development, services, and support, Steve focuses on advancing the development methodology at Thinkwrap. He has a proven track record in providing exceptional technical, people, project, and business leadership. Steve leads our project management team as GM of Development Enablement.
Patricia Vander Laan Director of Professional Support Services
Patricia, as Director of Professional Support Services, is responsible for our Professional Services Support Practice with a focus on customer service and customer satisfaction, ensuring the team delivers against its commitments to our clients and reviewing and improving on support processes. Patricia brings to the company more than 18 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, and management spanning manufacturing, government, utility and retail industries.
