Organizational Evolution

I am pleased to announce the following organization changes within our team effective October 1st.

Mike Bogan who has served as our VP Operations for approximately 5 years, will turn his chair over to Solly Patrontasch.  Mike will assume the role of VP, Quality Programs.

Mike's focus in his new role will be to facilitate the definition and implementation of standardized process and methodology that will synchronize our sales, client discovery processes, design, software development, implementation, QA and support practices across our firm.  Mike's mandate will impact all of our employees and customers as we strive to become a stronger and more reliable partner within the eCommerce community.

The design and implementation of Mike's programs will be supported directly from my office and once launched will be governed by an executive committee.  Our goal is to raise the bar and achieve Customer Service Excellence in every aspect of our customer engagements.  Once this program is underway, our plan is to scorecard our progress through customer feedback on our service levels.

Solly Patrontasch has been working with Thinkwrap as a business advisor since 2010, and as an account executive since 2011. Solly's pedigree has been cultivated through several years of experience as a senior partner in some highly successful firms including Accenture and KPMG.  Solly assumes accountability for all key measures across our operation comprising:  Service delivery for Projects and Ongoing Support; Supply Chain operations with specific objectives to improve the timeliness and efficiency of our project resourcing; and lastly to ensure that Thinkwrap achieves Customer Service Excellence while producing a fair and reasonable profit.

Please feel free to reach out with any comments and / or questions surrounding these changes.

Sincerely,
Steve Byrne
CEO
